The Anderson Sway Control Hitch also distributes the weight through the frame of the tow vehicle. In addition, it provides greater sway control so that the trailer stays better aligned with the tow vehicle.

In order to tow a trailer, your vehicle needs to have an electric brake controller set up in it. Legally, they must be used on anything being towed that is over 2,000 lbs. We offer them for rent if you do not have one already or do not want to invest in one.

Worry-Free Return: We get it. You probably want to just go home. Purchase the Worry-Free Return Option since you are still in vacation mode and we will take care of everything for you. Clean it, fill the propane(s), and dump the holding tanks for $175.00. Give us a call if you would like to add this option.

*Propane cost is not included with this package. The cost of fuel (gas or diesel) is not included with this package, and the customer is responsible for the refueling of the gas tank at current per gallon cost. Ask your Rental Agent for more details.
In addition to dumping, Bish’s RV offers a cleaning service for the return of your RV. For an optional fee of $99.00, we will do up to three hours of cleaning upon your return. Over the years, we have found most people do not have the facilities nor do they wish to cut their travel time short to perform this unpleasant task. Prepaid cleaning includes both inside and outside of the RV. So, let us do this for you!

You can pre-purchase our tank dumping service for $48.00. We will dump, flush, and sanitize the RV holding tanks for you. If you do not purchase this pre-paid service, the tanks are expected to be fully dumped upon the RV’s return or we’ll charge you a $75.00 dumping fee.

Motorhomes come with a generator so you can camp anywhere you want, either with or without hookups. Generators are only needed when the RV is not plugged into shore power. Therefore the only items that require AC power are the overhead air conditioner, microwave, TV/DVD player, and finally any item you would plug into an AC wall outlet.

Motorhomes are able to tow a 3,500-pound trailer. First of all, towing with the motorhome requires prior permission. Please request to tow at the time you book your reservation, a $75.00 towing charge will apply. THE MOTORHOME PROVIDES NO COLLISION OR LIABILITY COVERAGE FOR DAMAGE TO THE TOWED OBJECT, OR FOR ANY THIRD PARTY INJURY CAUSED BY THE TOWED OBJECT.

You may have a flight that leaves before we are open on the day that you are returning your rental unit. We offer you the option of leaving the unit at Diamond Airport Parking near the airport. They have a 24/7 shuttle service so that you can get to the airport when you need to and then we will pick it up the following morning.
